Graduation Rings


If you are not satisfied with your Balfour ring, please contact your local Balfour representative or call our customer service team at 1-800-BALFOUR (800-225-3687). • While customized jewelry cannot be returned for a refund, we will happily work with you to mend or repair a custom piece to your satisfaction. • Custom product appearance may vary from online product imagery. All pieces are handmade for you and each product will be uniquely yours.

Graduation Products, Class Apparel and Graduation Announcements

Returns will ONLY be allowed for students who do not graduate. Please note a broken sale fee will apply. If any of your products have arrived damaged or defective, please contact us. Graduation Caps, Gowns, and Regalia

Except in cases of manufacturer defect, customized, personalized, and monogrammed items are not eligible for return. Eligible stock items may be available for return. Please, not a broken sale fee may apply. Note: products and packaging must be in new condition and will not be returned if worn or altered in any way. Letter Jackets and Patches

Balfour guarantees the quality of every product we make and sell. For all purchases, Balfour offers a refund, credit or exchange on any jacket or patch with a defect in materials or workmanship. Yearbooks

Balfour guarantees the quality of every product we make and sell. If you find that your student’s copy of the yearbook has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact your school’s yearbook adviser for a replacement copy. All Other Products

If you are not satisfied with your Manufacturer Direct purchase, you can return your item(s) — EXCLUDING PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM-DESIGNED MERCHANDISE ITEMS–for a full refund within 30 days of date received. Note: Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for credit or refund. To be eligible for a full refund, Manufacturer Direct item(s): • Must be unused/unworn, and in the same condition as received • Must include original packaging, • Must include the Packing Slip that came with it.
