Do I have to go to Rehearsal?

Please make it a priority to attend rehearsal!! Graduates will rehearse lining up and walking across stage, review graduation details, and receive important reminders for the day of Commencement. You will be much more relaxed on Commencement day if you attend rehearsal!!

How many tickets can I get for Commencement?

The number of tickets each graduate receives is based on the number of graduates participating in the ceremony and varies from year to year. Every graduate will receive the same number of tickets and announcements in their packet.

Can I get more tickets for Commencement?

Any tickets that have not been picked up by the deadline, Thursday, April 18, will be redistributed on a first-come, first-served basis through the Mendel Center Mainstage Box Office on Wednesday, April 24, from 6 p.m. to 8 pm. Please bring a photo ID (driver’s license/student ID).

What if I can’t make ticket redistribution?

An individual can represent you at ticket redistribution if you cannot attend the date and time it is offered. The individual can only represent one graduate and must have some form of identification of the graduating student as proof they are picking up ticket(s) for that student.

What if someone doesn’t have a ticket?

Extra seating will be available in overflow rooms, where guests can watch the commencement ceremony by video feed; a ticket will not be required for entry into overflow rooms.
