College Graduation Rings

Many colleges and universities have a graduation ring delivery ceremony. If you are a current student attending a school with such a ceremony, please expect that your ring will be delivered in a group for the ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony, your school will let you know where to pick up your ring. Orders for alumni and current students from schools that do not sponsor a delivery ceremony can expect to receive their hand-crafted ring in four to six weeks (excluding shipping time). Rings are shipped via USPS with signature required.

High School Grad Products

Graduation products like school announcements, name cards, thank you cards, and address labels, are customized just for you. These products are typically shipped 4-6 weeks prior to graduation via standard ground shipping to the school or office of your local representative for distribution. Non-customized Balfour graduation products (cap & gown, soft goods, memory books, accessories) may be shipped at a different time. College Grad Announcements

Our personalized announcements are beautifully designed, created from the highest quality paper, and made especially for your school’s commencement ceremony. Please note that to preserve the integrity of the paper in shipping, announcements products are shipped flat and the customer is required to fold them. Instructions to do so are included. It will take approximately 10 business days plus shipping time to process your order from the date you place it. You can have the order shipped overnight instead of the standard ground method. Please note there is NO overnight delivery to P.O. boxes. If overnight delivery is required, please provide a formal street address. Yearbooks

Your school yearbook is customized just for you. We pride ourselves in customizing yearbook deadlines and production schedules to meet our customers’ individual needs. Your Balfour representative will work closely with you to establish a deadline schedule that allows you to include the year’s events in your yearbook and ensures they are on-site in plenty of time for your distribution day event. Letterman

All our Letterman are customized for individual fit as well as design details. Your order will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order to final delivery. All jackets will be delivered directly to your school representative or school. For specific delivery dates, please contact your school representative. Orders for loose chenille letterman patches (not attached to a jacket) that were placed online will be shipped directly to your address in 4 to 6 weeks.

Delivery

High School Class Rings

All high school class rings are shipped to your local school representative. Each school will have a specific day assigned for class ring delivery. Ring delivery is often subject to scheduled school ceremony events. Therefore, please check with your local class ring representative for specific ring delivery dates. There are no restrictions on class ring shipping.

College Graduation Rings

All Balfour college graduation rings are shipped directly to you and require a signature upon delivery. Some universities host official graduation ring ceremonies. In these cases, ring delivery is subject to scheduled school ceremony events. For International Ring Shipments, individual overseas delivery restrictions are based on various country requirements. Restrictions may be required depending on the area. For Expedited Shipping, please note there is NO overnight delivery to P.O. boxes. If overnight delivery is required, please provide a formal street address.

High School Letterman

Individual custom jackets are traditionally delivered to the school or office by your local school representative for distribution. In some cases, a custom letterman is shipped directly to the customer’s home. Please check with your representative for additional shipping details. Orders for loose chenille letterman patches (not attached to a jacket) that were placed online will be shipped directly to your address in 4 to 6 weeks. Please note: there is NO delivery to P.O. boxes.

Championship Letterman

Individual custom jackets are traditionally delivered to the school or office by your local school representative for distribution.
